The Process

We do not reserve the word ‘wealth’ for the super-rich, we simply refer to it as the accumulation of resources

We do not reserve the word ‘wealth’ for the super-rich, we simply refer to it as the accumulation of resources, whether abundant or not. Our Wealth Management Process considers how all your Pensions Savings and Investment Products overlap and interact with one another in order to formulate the most efficient strategy for you needs. This can be concisely summarised be the phrase “the whole is more than the sum of its parts”

In addition to any investments we then consider the wider picture which we call holistic financial planning. Therefore, in order to construct an all-encompassing financial plan for our clients, we will consider Mortgages, Income Protection, Protection, Pensions, Savings, Investment, Taxation and Trusts.

Our Independence

We have access to the entire range of Wraps, direct unit trusts, insurance company plans and structured products.

Many advisers are using a Wrap Platform in order to deliver their Wealth Management Service Proposition which can be a very efficient tool in streamlining investment administration but can lead to compromise.

In addition to our range of Wraps, we also have access to the entire range of direct unit trusts, insurance company plans and structured products. This is useful if you only want one multi-manager fund or a direct shareholding rather than a fully constructed portfolio. In this case, the overall charges may be lower by purchasing the plan direct using our discounted and institutional rates.

What makes us different?

We have a whole of market choice and our own I.T system

Unlike other Financial Planners, we have a whole of market choice and our own IT system acts as a Master Wrap Platform which can hold a blend of platforms and providers to give you one overall solution drawn from the best of the market.

In selecting which platform(s) may be suitable for you we look at a number of factors such as security of custodianship, the underlying tax wrappers required, size of investment, initial charges, on-going charges, switch fees, range of funds, integration with our own systems, functionality and the ability to re-register off platform without penalty if you need to transfer holdings at a later date.
